The first thing Peter said to me was: "You,Sexy Mama!" and pointed right at me. Calling me "sexy mama" is not professional. Not only did he call me this, but also called other girls things such as: sexy, my girlfriend, and love. One time he even prompted to put his knee up on a girls desk while standing while he was teaching. This is not the type of behavior a driving instructor should have.
He didn't so much "teach" us, but yelled at us. I did not feel like I was learning. He barked at the class the whole day long. He continued to talk about how he felt "sorry" for the class because we didn't know an answer. He called us "stupid".
The pace of the class is very slow and we fell behind fast. This is because Peter insists on telling us stories about past students whom have died on the road. He then tells us about how amazing his children are.
The state of the classroom is a complete mess. It looks very "sketchy". The desks are very small and all bunched together. There are pieces of carpet missing from the floor and the paint is chipping off the walls. He brags about how he lives in one of the biggest houses in Scarborough yet he can't seem to upgrade his classrooms.
However, the in car sessions are great. My instructor is very patient and informative. My very first in car session was in the snow and that was no problem at all. I am very impressed with the in car session.
So overall, you get what you pay for.
